Our people make the difference.
Travis Eiva – firstname.lastname@example.org
Before starting Zemper Eiva Law, for nearly a decade Travis trained under some of the best trial and appellate attorneys in the State of Oregon. From start to finish, Travis knows how to take care of every aspect of a personal injury claim, so that his clients can focus on healing from their injuries and putting their lives back together.
Travis is committed to making sure that the law protects everyday, working families and not just powerful interest groups. The guiding principle in his practice is: The law is not settled until it is settled right.
To that end, Travis writes articles for law periodicals and presents CLE trainings to other lawyers on complex legal issues in personal injury law. He regularly writes Amicus briefing to the Oregon Supreme Court on important issues affecting the rights of Oregon citizens. Travis also is a member of the Oregon Council on Court Procedures, a small group of judges and attorneys that pass the rules of court procedure for the trial courts in the State of Oregon. Travis also has been involved in legislative work groups in the promulgation of new laws in Oregon.
Travis graduated, cum laude, from the Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, where he was an editor of the law review and received several academic and public interests awards and scholarships.
Travis spends his spare time with his wife and two children and day dreams about fly fishing more.
